jupyter notebook启动报错

在升级sklearn后，打开jupyter notebook，出现如下报错
AttributeError: type object 'IOLoop' has no attribute 'initialized'

原因：
tornado（web服务器框架，notebook应该是基于这个框架）版本过高，不支持jupyter notebook

解决办法：
conda install tornado=4.5
